North Cowichan is working on a Climate Action and Energy Plan. Many people have shared great ideas online. Ideas that could give our community a more sustainable future. So far we have 197 users, 164 ideas and 3638 votes on Ideascale - very impressive! Check it out and add your voice here.
Please come out to the next public event:
Tuesday May 29, 6pm - 9pm
Vancouver Island University
2011 University Way, Duncan
Theatre, Room 140
At this hands-on workshop, your contributions will help determine which ideas move forward and how they will evolve into actions and strategies for the Municipality. Maybe you're into clean transportation. Maybe it's renewable energy. Maybe you're into green buildings or waste management. How about land use or green investment? Whatever your passion, you can jump into conversations on how your climate and energy ideas will move forward.
Please come out and evolve your ideas!
So we know you're coming please RSVP to Val Byrne: [email protected].
